Subject: [nfsv4] ACE4_TRAVERSE permissions

The NFSv4 spec does not define a bit in the acl access mask to be used
for checking lookup permissions on directories. It defines
ACE4_LIST_DIRECTORY which is used for allowing readdirs to go through
but there is nothing for lookups.

The bit used for ACE4_EXECUTE should be defined as ACE4_TRAVERSE for
directories. Probably all the implementations are already using it as
such but it will be good to clarify this in the spec.
